Power Records @ The 1975 Toy Fair

sg

Check out this mouth-watering display Peter Pan/Power Records had going at the 1975 Toy Fair. They quite simply don't make 'em like this any more! Click the image to check out PlaidStallions.com to see more pics from this show, it looks like the kind of thing I dreamed about as a kid.

Speaking of dreaming, I keep hoping one day I'll find some of these Power Records displays for sale on eBay or something. I have yet to, but hope springs eternal...

Just stop and think about that. A record company with a huge display at toy fair. I doubt that happens now...with what ever kind of audio offerings a "record" company would have now.

Yeah, do they even make non-musical records for kids nowadays? They do those Graphic Audio adaptations, but they're really aimed at fanboys like us.

You'll have some competition for anything offered for sale on eBay, Rob. I'm always watching ...

If I were at that toy fair, I would have been at the record section for hours.
