Power Records Display Box - 1976

sg
My pal Brian "Plaid Stallions" Heiler sent me this article, featuring a shot of the sweet, sweet display box Peter Pan sold their Power Records in.

Finding display/promo material like this is next to impossible nowadays--after all, who would've thought to keep stuff like that?--but I'm determined to keep looking for this baby until I find one.

I know for a fact I bought my Batman album (the one with Batman and Robin running along the Gotham shore) at a groccery store called Sparks in my hometown of Cynthiana, KY. I'm pretty sure they had a display. And I bet this was it, or one like it.

That is awesome! I want one!
Thanks for sharing this. I have never seen one of these before, and its a real and rare treat to see this kind of promo stuff. So much about Power Records is a mystery, so getting an occasional peek into the marketing is interesting.
